Terms of Service

By accessing or using Flipper (the "Platform"), including any associated websites, smart contracts, and interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform confirms your ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any jurisdiction where use of the Platform would be illegal or otherwise prohibited.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to you. Access to the Platform may be restricted in certain jurisdictions, and it is your responsibility to determine whether your use is lawful.

Flipper is a decentralized, non-custodial interface that allows users to deploy and trade tokens on Robinhood Chain using automated smart contracts. The Platform is infrastructure only: it does not take custody of your assets, and all transactions are initiated and signed directly from your own wallet.

Tokens created or traded through the Platform are not issued, endorsed, or guaranteed by the Platform operators. The Platform does not control the conduct of any token creator or third party.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is provided for informational purposes only. You should not treat any Platform content as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any transaction. You should consult your own professional advisors before making any decisions.

Any user may deploy a token through the Platform. You are solely responsible for the tokens you create, including their name, symbol, imagery, and any representations you make about them. You must not create tokens that infringe third-party rights, impersonate others, or violate applicable law.

Tokens begin trading immediately on an automated bonding curve. When a token reaches its graduation threshold, its liquidity migrates to a public decentralized exchange and is permanently locked. All trading occurs on-chain and is irreversible.

Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative. You may lose the entire value of any assets you commit. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with using the Platform, including risks of smart contract vulnerabilities, network failures, and total loss of funds.

Blockchain transactions require the payment of network gas fees, which are not controlled by the Platform. You are responsible for all gas costs incurred through your use of the Platform.

The Platform may operate a rewards program (the "Point Program") under which participants accrue points based on qualifying on-chain activity. Points have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and do not represent any equity, security, or entitlement.

The Platform may modify, suspend, or terminate the Point Program, adjust the rate at which points are earned, or change the total points available at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability. Points may be forfeited in cases of abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to manipulate markets, to engage in wash trading or other deceptive activity, to interfere with the operation of the Platform, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

The Platform may, at its discretion, restrict access to any user who engages in prohibited conduct.

The Platform name, logo, and interface are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission. You retain ownership of content you create, and you grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display such content in connection with operating the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Platform operators do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or assets, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

The Platform may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
